How would it feel to you if every organisation you encountered were trustworthy and humane in all they did?

Share the FIAT Statement
The statement that you just affirmed is often the most powerful entry point into FIAT. Sharing it is a simple way to begin changing the conversations around you.
Show the statement to someone close to you and ask them a single question:
“Do you believe in this?”
After deepening for a while on what it would feel like for all of our institutions to be humane and trustworthy, follow up with these conversation pieces.
“What part of the statement resonates most with you, and why?”
“Where do you already see institutions acting this way?”
“Where is the gap the widest in your community, workplace or country?”
“What would be one small change that could move things closer to this vision?”
Make FIAT Visible
When people can see FIAT around them, it signals that this vision is real and shared. Small visual cues in everyday places can spark questions and conversations you might never otherwise have.
